Challenge
A dental clinic holds too many moving parts — the calendar, the patient, the tooth, the team. Niah needed one dashboard that a practitioner could trust in a busy morning, not a stack of disconnected screens.
Approach
The work is a clinic loop: overview numbers, a week of appointments, a patient list, then the record — next treatment, odontogram, medical history. Adding a patient or a doctor is a stepped flow so nothing important is skipped.
Design
Light, clinical, and quiet. White canvas, soft grey structure, blue for the action in progress. Status is colour with a job: green for done, yellow for pending, red for cancelled. The odontogram sits beside the timeline so the mouth and the history can be read together.
Execution
Screens cover the real surfaces of a practice: Dr Ibrahim’s dashboard, Kevin Oduor on the patient list, Swan kamiyu’s TMJ record, Dr Najma Salim and Dr Sandra Gathungi on the timeline, and the modals for adding a patient or assigning a doctor’s tasks.
Frames

Healthcare UI is not decoration. If the calendar, the chart and the record disagree, the product has already failed the room.
