Challenge
A Nairobi ride product cannot treat movement as a generic map. BOBO Rides had to feel local — KES, +254, JKUAT NCBD Towers to Sarit Center — and still hold rides, restaurants, errands and packages in one thumb reach.
Approach
The work is a passenger loop. Welcome and a green B splash, then create account with Kenya +254. Home greets Sandra: Where to?, earn points, four products. Setup and edit profile sit beside the live trip: allow location, meet Jayden.R, call, Apple Pay, payment success.
Design
Green brand, white canvas, a B mark that works on a splash and in a notification. Bottom navigation carries home, rides, products and profile. Status is colour with a job: green for Get Started, Allow Now and the arrived driver; red only for hang up and logout.
Execution
Screens cover the real surfaces of a Nairobi trip: Hello Sandra on home, Rocomama at 40 minutes, Jayden.R in a Probox White KCK289L, an in-app call to Jayden. Ramim, Apple Pay connected, and a thank-you after payment — then Home.
Frames

Mobility design is behavioural. The better you understand the decision in the street, the clearer the screen can become.
